• When a flight is flying to/from Japan is a codeshare flight operated by another airline.
• Passengers who have requirements of any sort of special assistance or help such as a wheelchair or medical certificates can not avail of El AL Airlines’ web check-in service.
• If you have purchased extra seats to carry on bulky baggage also in that situation El AL Airlines is not available for you.

After customer service at El Al web or Online Check-in is done, passengers can receive their boarding pass by using either of the following options or methods:

• Mobile Boarding Pass – you can board by displaying the 2D barcode on your mobile device.
• Printed boarding pass For Flight can be available in two following situations: -

El AL Airlines Airport Counter Check-in

Passengers who have not checked in online or if they are not eligible to use El AL Airlines’ web check-in option then they must come to the airports to check in for their flights.

• You can complete your check-in process along with your bags 50-60 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.
• Passengers are requested to make their presence available at gate 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

• Arriving at the boarding gates 10 minutes before your scheduled flight departure.
• Departure time is the time the aircraft moves away from the gate.

El AL Airlines counters check-in instruction 

• Make sure that you are carrying all required documents for boarding such as passport, visa, etc., and you must have your international flight ticket or e-Ticket itinerary receipt.
